Students interested in applying for the “Natural Disasters, Culture, and Sustainability in Indonesia” Winter Term 2018 Study Trip, please review the “Fact Sheet” and the Powerpoint about the trip before you apply online (see link below for application).
Please note:
- The application requires a recommendation from a faculty member, preferably from someone other than one of the four faculty participants. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the professor in advance to explain that you are applying for the Winter Term study trip and to ask if the professor is willing and able to fill in a short reference form on your behalf.
- The timetable for WT18 Indonesia Study trip application & preparation:
- Application: extended deadline: May 1, 2017 midnight
- Interviews: April 22-May 7
- Notifications: by May 8, 2017
- Acceptance & deposit: $500.00 May 19, 2017
- Pre-departure orientation reading period: May 9, 4.30pm (Required)
- Remainder of trip payment: Fall
- Required module class: Fall semester, 2017, 2nd module
