A Presentation about LIASE 2023 Summer Study Trip

The student participants of the LIASE Summer Study Trip shared their experiences, discoveries, and learning in Japan. The trip took place during the summer of 2023. Eight selected students and three faculty members visited several parts of Japan to observe the cultural dimensions of local and global environmental and socioeconomic challenges over fifteen days. Integrating recorded videos from the participants who were studying away with the in-person presentations, the event captivated the audience to engage in learning environmental literacy and its struggles in Japan.
